Guidelines and instructions
Chairs are to introduce the presenters and moderate the Q&As. They should avoid long speeches.
Presentations should be limited to about 20 minutes, depending on the length of the session and
number of presentations, at the discretion of the chair. Drafts of papers and slides should be made
available to chair and discussants as soon as possible, if not available to be posted online.
The discussants are to comment on the papers with a critical eye to improve the research
presented. They have 5-10 minutes, again depending on the length of the session and the
discretion of the chair.
All participants are to be respectful of one another, and maintain a sense of collegiality throughout
