Voskeni Awards are given to the best student work on Agricultural and Environmental Economics. Voskeni Award has been established in collaboration with Voskeni Wines and is generously supported by the company. Voskeni Award aims to create student interest in research on topics in applied economics and establish high quality-standards for student-research across Armenia and the region.
Recipients are:
2025: Daniela Horta Sáenz (Sciences Po) for the work ‘Collateral Damage: The Impact of Forced Eradication of Illicit Crops on Human Capital‘.
2022: David Murphy (Colgate University) for the work ‘Getting on the wagon: Alcohol and rural labor market outcomes‘
2019: The Award was shared by Armen Asatryan and Lusine Tadevosyan, both from ICARE (Armenian National Agrarian University), for their joint work entitled ‘Factors Affecting Milk Productivity in Armenia’.
2018: Veronika Jaghinyan (Armenian National Agrarian University) for her work on ‘Economic Analysis of Healthy Food Labels in Armenia’
