The Armenian Economic Association had its 15th Anniversary Conference from June 30 to July 2, 2025, in Yerevan Armenia. While June 30 and July 1 was at the Najarian building of the American University of Armenia (Dzoragyugh 11), July 2 was at the Paramaz Avedisian Building of the American University of Armenia (Marshal Baghramyan 40).
As always, the 2025 conference showcased research across the full spectrum of economic disciplines—ranging from microeconomics to macroeconomics, theoretical to empirical studies, and from applied research to foundational work. 85 presenters from every corner of the world (and the profession) gathered to present and network. A special session was devoted to the Armenian administrative matched dataset. A panel discussion on the topic “Does Inequality Challenge Growth?” concluded the 3 days of work.
